YPB Mission
Our clinic was created to help our clients and their families reach an optimal level of health. Any disruption can leave the body weakened and out of balance. We offer physical therapy services and massage therapy to alleviate tissue and joint limitations that can interfere with the body's ability to function normally. Any disruption can leave the body weakened and out of balance.
Dysfunctions
Disruptions can include joint pain, tissue pain or functional limitations in ranges of movement or activities of daily living. When the spine, peripheral joints and soft tissue have been aligned, strengthened or stretched properly, the nervous system and muskuloskeletal system operates at a higher level and the rest of the body is in better balance.
YPB Therapists
The therapists in our office are highly skilled in assisting the body to regain that balance: balance in strength, balance in flexibility, and balance in motion. The body's connections are furthered with the use of manual therapy encompassing a range from therapeutic release to soft tissue work. With the tissue in a state of decreased tension, strengthening and balancing muscle function is much more effective.
Achieving Healthy Goals
YPB practitioners coach our clients toward making conscious decisions about their health, from nutrition to exercise to good posture. We believe we can help you reach your personal best in whatever your rehab needs may be.
