Referring Doctors
We are aware that you have a choice of where to refer your patients to physical therapy, and we appreciate your trust in our abilities to provide the best care and personal attention to each of your patients. We are dedicated to serving you and your patients needs through the following services:
- Insurance Pre-Certification. As a courtesy, our billing department will call on your patients' insurance benefits before their first appointment, and then go over the benefits with the patients so they can clearly understand them.
- Patient Resources. Therapists will provide patients with useful reading materials and exercise handouts related to their specific medical condition. Education is an important component of the therapy.
- Personalized Treatment. We provide our patients with one-on-one care and individualized treatment plans. Our highly trained therapists are able to meet patients needs through various approaches such as therapeutic exercises, myofascial release, and Wii-Habilitation!
- Running Analysis. We now offer a slow motion computer running analysis for patients experiencing pain with running or those who seek injury prevention.
- Online Referral Slips. To make the referral process easier, we provide an online referral script that can be faxed or emailed back to us.
